The event featured expert speakers, panel discussions on emerging trends, and dynamic networking opportunities with industry leaders.
The Danish Technological Institute (DTI) and Food & Bio Cluster Denmark (FBCD), both partners of the ZEST project consortium, presented the initiative at the Biosolutions Scale Up Symposium 2025, held at DTI’s facilities in Taastrup on March 19. The event brought together 140 leading experts in the biosolutions field.

ZEST took centre stage with a keynote presentation titled “Using Advanced Data Collection and AI for Modelling of Fermentation Processes”. The talk highlighted how the project leverages cutting-edge technologies to optimise fungal fermentation, an increasingly vital process within the bioeconomy sector.
The symposium featured expert speakers, panel discussions on emerging trends, and dynamic networking opportunities with industry leaders. It offered a valuable platform to share ZEST’s progress and foster dialogue around scalable, sustainable biotechnologies.
